Overview:
IHF type fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump is produced according to the international ISO2858 standard and combined with non-metallic pump processing technology. According to the user's use conditions and needs, the company designs and manufactures two structures: full plastic type and lining plastic type.

Full plastic features:
The medium flow parts of the pump are all made of fluoroplastic alloy as the main material, which is processed by high-temperature sintering molding. The pump body is reinforced by steel splints. Long service life, reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and other excellent features, widely used in chemical industry, smelting, chemical fiber, papermaking, electric power, environmental protection and other industries, long-term transportation of various acids and alkalis of any concentration under the temperature condition of -85°C-200°C , salt strong corrosive medium, strong oxidant, organic solvent and other chemical media.

Lining molding features:
Fluorine alloy plastic is used for the flow-through part of the pump, and the fluorine alloy plastic and the steel body are tightly and firmly combined through special process high-temperature sintering, which not only ensures the steel strength equal to that of the metal pump, but also ensures the resistance to various chemicals. The characteristics of the medium, the pump can transport various acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants and organic solvents of any concentration for a long time under the temperature condition of -80°C-120°C. The pump has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high mechanical strength, economical benefits, long service life and wide application range.

Sealing structure:
The sealing structure is external, single-end, balanced, automatic adjustment, and does not require cooling water. There are three types of mechanical seals: WB 2, MU8, and 169, which can be customized according to the user's working conditions. Different types of mechanical seals are selected. The main materials of the mechanical seal are: the static ring is made of high-purity aluminum oxide ceramics, silicon carbide, nickel-based, cobalt-based alloy; the moving ring is made of filled polytetrafluoroethylene, silicon carbide, nickel-based, cobalt-based alloy .
