CPN alkali pump is suitable for chlor-alkali, soda ash industry, medicine, chemical fertilizer, pesticide industry, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, paper industry, dye industry, environmental protection engineering and water treatment system, used to transport medium containing solid particles and easy to crystallize. High temperature resistance, need to add cooling water when using. CPN pump features high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong corrosion resistance, large working range and strong adaptability. Direction of rotation of the pump: Rotate clockwise when looking at the pump from the drive end. When inspecting and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, the pump with the rear door structure of CPN does not need to disassemble the pipeline and electric motor connected with the pump body, and the maintenance is simple and convenient. It is an ideal equipment for civilized factories.
Five structural features of CPN alkali pump:
There are feet cast on the pump body, which can bear any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not be bent due to the load of the pump, thus ensuring a long service life of the bearing and mechanical seal.
Equipped with a precision-processed high-rigidity pump shaft and thin oil-lubricated bearings. The oil level of the bearing body is measured with an oil dipstick, which is reliable, practical and easy to operate. The pump is designed with an axial clearance adjustment mechanism, which can reduce the impact of wear on pump performance.
The impeller has an open structure, which has good corrosion resistance and is not easy to be blocked.
Packing seal and single and double end mechanical seal; there are internal and external installation, balanced and unbalanced structures.
The power matching adopts Y-type ordinary motor or YB-type explosion-proof motor.
