• ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. • IRG (GRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants, etc. Boiler high temperature hot water pressurized circulation pump and urban heating system circulation pump, IRG operating temperature T: ≤120°C, GRG operating temperature T: ≤240°C.

• IHG pipeline chemical pumps are used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature is T : -20℃-150℃.

• YG type pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, etc., and the operating temperature T: -20°C-150°C.

Working conditions

• Suction pressure ≤ 1.0Mpa, or upper limit of pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa, please specify system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be specified separately when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the flow parts and coupling parts of the pump during manufacture.

• Ambient temperature <40°C, relative humidity <95%.

• The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
