Overview:


HCZ series standard chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps; their size and performance comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 standards.


The performance range of HCZ series standard chemical pumps includes all the performances of IH series standard chemical pumps. Its efficiency, cavitation performance and other indicators exceed those of IH pumps, and can be interchanged with IH pumps.

The characteristic curve is flat, the cavitation value is low, and the efficiency is high, and these characteristics are maintained even when the load is not full.

Design Features:


The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance hole on the auxiliary blade or impeller. The bottom of the shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing (with or without cooling) and single and double mechanical seals with various structures (balanced type can be used). Ball bearings are durable and have a generous shaft diameter for smooth operation. The pump body of some specifications is designed as a double screw shell to balance the radial force. The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, stuffing box, etc. form a combined part, so that the pump body does not need to be removed from the pipeline during maintenance (if the extended coupling is used, the motor does not need to be removed). The flange design adopts PN16 and PN25 (depending on the difference of materials) and can also be used in ANSI125 psi or 150 psi.
