2. Applicable industries of CZ type chemical pump
Chlor-alkali, soda ash industry; medicine, fertilizer, pesticide; petrochemical, chemical fiber, paper industry; dye industry; environmental protection engineering and water treatment system.
3. CZ type chemical pump structure
Horizontal rear door structure, the pump head and the motor are connected by a coupling and installed on the bottom plate, the impeller is rear opening, three bearings, the shaft seal adopts an external mechanical seal, and there is a cooling device.
The oil level is observed with an oil mirror; the structure is compact and reasonable. The pump has feet cast on the pump body, which can bear the load from the pipeline and transmit it directly to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not bend due to the load on the pump,
This ensures optimum service life for load bearing and mechanical seals. There is no need to open the pipeline connected to the pump body during maintenance, just open the bolts of the bracket and the pump body, and separate the two to repair the impeller
And mechanical seal, simple and convenient.
Direction of pump rotation: clockwise as viewed from the motor end towards the pump.
4. Features of CZ type chemical pump
This series of pumps is developed by our company by introducing foreign advanced technology. It can transport medium containing solid particles and easy to crystallize. It is temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and non-clogging. Materials can be selected according to specific working conditions.
5. Sealing type
Mechanical seal or packing seal.
