1. Overview of ZH stainless steel self-priming pump


ZH temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant self-priming chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction self-priming chemical centrifugal pump developed by our factory in combination with similar products at home and abroad. For corrosive media with particles less than 3 mm, if the conveying medium contains particles or fibers above 3 mm, you can choose the ZW non-clogging self-priming sewage pump produced by our factory. According to the different conveying media, the materials of ZH type chemical centrifugal pump contacting liquid parts can be made of cast iron, cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 316, 316L and other materials. ZH chemical pump has the advantages of high efficiency, good performance, low energy consumption and low noise.

  • ZH self-priming pump is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling, etc.


  • The ZH self-priming pump is equipped with a rocker-type spray head, and the water can be flushed into the air and scattered into fine raindrops for spraying. It is a good machine tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.

  • ZH series self-priming pump products can also be made into stainless steel self-priming pumps, which are suitable for clean water, seawater, chemical medium liquids with acid and alkalinity, and slurry medium with general paste. The viscosity and solid content can reach Below 30%. Different liquids can use different materials. Respectively in ht200, icr18nigti, ocr18nig, ocr17ni14m02, icr18ni12m02ti.

  • If it is made into a sewage type non-clogging self-priming sewage pump, it can also be used with any type and specification of the filter press. It is an ideal matching pump for sending the slurry to the filter press for press filtration.
