2. Loosen the connecting bolts on the back cover of the pump body. Lightly tap the pump body with a wooden handle to disengage it.

3. Loosen the lifting bolts connecting the impeller shaft and the pump shaft Morse taper in the coupling.

4. Loosen the mechanical seal, do not fix the screws, lightly tap the center of the coupling with a wooden hammer to tighten the bolts, loosen the Morse taper between the impeller shaft and the pump shaft, and then pull out the impeller, back cover, and seal moving ring. Loosen Put the gland screws on the back cover.

5. Loosen the left and right gland screws of the pump shaft. Take out the pump shaft, bearings, and clean the bracket oil chamber.
