The AFZSM stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is an improved design based on the F-type corrosion-resistant pump. It adopts a new impeller power shaft seal device and is a single-stage single-suction cantilever corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump.
The parts of the pump that are in contact with the conveying medium are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and other materials can also be used according to user requirements. It is used to transport corrosive liquid without solid particles, and the temperature of the transported medium is -20°C~130°C. The inlet pressure of the pump is not more than 2 kg/cm.

Features:
The structure of the AFZSM type pump, the main components include pump body, impeller, pump cover, shaft, bracket and shaft seal. The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the pump suction port to the motor. The horizontal direction of the pump is the inlet, and the vertical direction is the outlet.
The pump is equipped with motor power according to the specific gravity of the conveying medium (r=1.4). The pump and the motor are mounted on the same base with an elastic coupling. The pump and the rotating shaft adopt a new impeller power shaft seal device, the bracket has an oil chamber, and the rotor parts adopt single-series radial thrust ball bearings, lubricated with thin oil (20#).
