Overview

IS type pump is a single-stage single-suction (axial suction) centrifugal pump, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage as well as agricultural irrigation and drainage. It is used for transporting clear water below 80°C and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water.

Speed: 2900r/min

Flow: 6.3-400m3/h

Lift: 5-125m

Import diameter: 50-200mm

Structure description

The single-stage centrifugal pump series is designed according to the performance and dimensions stipulated by the international standard ISO2858.

The pump body and the pump cover constitute the working chamber impeller of the pump, the shaft and rolling bearings constitute the rotor parts of the pump, the suspension supports the rotor parts of the pump, and the rolling bearings bear the axial and radial forces of the pump. The axial seal of the pump is composed of packing gland 9, packing 10 and packing ring 8 (mechanical seal can also be used) to prevent air intake and a large amount of water leakage.

In order to avoid the wear of the shaft, a shaft sleeve is installed at the part where the pump passes through the packing chamber to protect the shaft, and an "O" type sealing ring is installed between the shafts to prevent water leakage or air intake along the shaft surface.

In order to balance the axial force, the front and rear of the impeller of most pumps are provided with sealing rings, and a balance hole is provided on the back cover of the impeller. hole.

The transmission mode of the pump is connected with the motor through an elastic coupling. The rotation direction of the pump, viewed from the drive end, is clockwise. The pump is suitable for 50HZ and 60HZ power supply areas.
