2. Features of FYL long axis submerged pump
Seen from the motor to the pump end, the pump is counterclockwise.
The pump adopts a long shaft structure, the insertion depth can reach 10 meters, the shaft connection structure is safe and reliable, and it is easy to disassemble.
When the pump is started, the impeller is immersed in the medium, so it is easy to start, and there is no problem of exhaust and evacuation.
The rotor part can be adjusted axially, and it adopts multi-point support. The pump runs smoothly and reliably. The suction pipe can be lengthened to increase the insertion depth and make full use of its own suction. The length of the rotor is shortened, the rigidity is enhanced, and the service life is extended.
Sliding bearings can be lubricated with external cooling or self-cooling.
The outlet flange is a split and half movable flange, which is convenient for connection.
