Chemical pumps refer to the special requirements of chemical production for pumps:
1. Can meet the needs of chemical technology
2. High temperature and low temperature resistance
3. Corrosion resistance
4. Wear resistance
5. No leakage or less leakage
6. The reliable operation of the liquid that can transport the critical state mainly refers to the characteristics of the medium. Anyone who can improve the corrosion of pump products to all chemicals except pure water can be improved through changes in materials or other structures. These pumps are collectively referred to as chemical pumps.
How to maintain the chemical pump in daily use:
1. Close the shut-off valve of the drainage outlet, the inlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
2. Add roller bearing lubricating oil to the body of the roller bearing. The leftover oil should be at the center line of the bottom of the oil mark, and the lubricating grease should be removed or replenished first.
3. Unscrew the oil plug of the diversion channel of the pump body of the chemical pump, and grout the diversion channel (or slurry).
4. Check whether the chemical pump pipeline and joints are loose. Turn the chemical pump by hand to see if the chemical pump is flexible.
5. Start the light motor, and try to see if the brake pedal of the motor is appropriate.
6. Start the motor. When the chemical pump is running without any problem, turn on the inlet pressure gauge and the inlet mechanical pump to see the proper pressure, then slowly open the shut-off valve to check the load of the motor together.
7. Try to control the flow rate of the chemical pump and the lift of the pump within the range marked on the signboard to ensure that the chemical pump operates at a high efficiency and achieve the expected effect of energy saving and environmental protection.
