Maintenance of FJX Forced Circulation Pump
1. Mechanical seal
1) Check and adjust the pressure and flow of flushing fluid and sealing fluid in the mechanical seal every two hours.
2) Check whether there is working medium in the sealing liquid outlet every shift, if not, adjust the pressure of the internal flushing liquid and sealing liquid.
3) When the leakage at the shaft seal exceeds the standard or the consumption of sealing fluid is large, if the seal is found to be damaged, it should be repaired, and the worn dynamic and static ring sealing surfaces should be ground and polished or replaced, while the O-shaped Rings need to be replaced at each overhaul.
2. Bearing lubrication and cooling
1) In order to ensure good lubrication conditions of the bearing, the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil should not be lower than 12mm2/s within the working temperature range of the bearing.
2) Refueling method: first fill lubricating oil from the oil hole above the bearing box, and add oil until the branch pipe of the constant oil cup is full or the oil mark is marked.
3) Oil change cycle: After the pump is used for the first time or the bearing is overhauled, the oil should be drained after the pump runs for 10 days, and new lubricating oil should be injected after cleaning the oil pool. The normal oil change cycle depends on the working temperature of the oil in the oil pool, such as oil temperature If the oil temperature is 40-65°C, the oil change interval is one year; if the oil temperature is >65-75°C, the oil change interval is half a year.
3. Pump performance
1) The actual operating flow of the evaporation cycle is determined by the head flow characteristics of the circulating pump and the resistance drop of the evaporator circulation loop. When it is necessary to change the pump flow, it can be realized by changing the pulley to change the pump speed first. The change in pump performance after changing the speed can be calculated according to the following formula. Note that the shaft power cannot exceed the rated power of the motor when increasing the speed, otherwise the motor power must be increased.
Flow Q/Q=n/n1, head H/H=(n/n1)2, shaft power P/P=(n/n1)3.
2) When stopping the machine, stop the circulation pump first, then release the material in the evaporator, and then stop the internal flushing fluid and sealing fluid of the mechanical seal (unless it is a pressure relief packing seal).
